Customer loyalty program for UAE businesses: scan, play, come back
Dawwerni is a browser-based gamified loyalty platform. A customer scans a QR code on the table or counter, plays a short game such as a spin wheel, and wins a reward that is usually valid on the next visit, with no app to download. In the UAE, where one shop serves many nationalities, the games and menu run in Arabic and English from one place. Example: a karak spot in Sharjah runs a digital stamp card, buy 9 and the 10th is free, for its evening commuters.

The UAE market: many nationalities, endless choice
UAE customers are spoiled for choice. On one street you may find three cafés, two karak counters, a salon and a gaming lounge. The fight is not only on price; it is about who the customer remembers when they decide where to sit today. Being good is not enough. You need to give people a clear reason to come back and you need to know who they are so you can talk to them again.
The first thing that makes the UAE different is the customer mix: Emiratis, Arab expats, South Asian, Filipino and European residents, plus visitors. Your game, menu and WhatsApp messages have to work in Arabic and English, and the experience must be obvious in seconds: scan, play, win. The second is discovery. People find you on Google Maps, Instagram and delivery apps, so your online reputation is part of the shop itself.
- Cafés and karak spots: short daily visits, perfect for a digital stamp card Dubai customers and Sharjah commuters already understand.
- Restaurants: a QR menu UAE diners can read in Arabic or English, table reservations and TV menu boards.
- Salons and barbershops: bookings with reminders against no-shows and a QR walk-in queue.
- Mall retail: a counter game turns a passing shopper into a known customer in your CRM.
- Real estate agencies: window posters with QR and a home value estimator to collect seller leads.
- Gaming lounges, gyms and exhibitions: hourly sessions, member loyalty and lead capture on the stand.
How Dawwerni works in a UAE shop
The reward is usually valid on the next visit, which is what brings people back. See the café loyalty page or the salon software page for setups by business type.
- Place a QR code on tables, the counter, the window, receipts, a TV screen or an Instagram story.
- The customer scans with the phone camera and plays a short game: spin wheel, mystery doors, quiz, scratch card and more, with Ramadan, Eid, Summer and Luxury gold themes.
- They win a reward you choose. You control the odds and quantities; every winner gets a unique code verified at the counter by QR, with anti-fraud play limits.
- They are then invited, optionally, to follow you on Instagram and leave an honest Google review. The reward never depends on the review, in line with Google policy.
- The profile (name, phone, birthday if given) is saved in your own CRM so you can send a birthday offer or a win-back message later.
Modules that matter most in the UAE
Digital stamp card, points and VIP levels
A buy-9-get-the-10th-free card lives in a web wallet on the customer phone, no app. Add Silver, Gold and VIP levels with a points multiplier, a welcome bonus and a birthday gift. It fits karak, speciality coffee, juice bars and barbers.
Cashier mode and Dawwerni POS in AED
Cashier mode finds a customer by phone or QR, adds a stamp or visit, redeems rewards and gift cards and sends a WhatsApp receipt. If you need a full register, Dawwerni POS supports AED, prints 58/80 mm thermal tickets, handles tables, QR table ordering, a kitchen display, Z reports and offline mode. Integrations exist for Foodics, Loyverse and any POS via REST API. Check your invoicing and VAT requirements with your accountant.
QR menu and TV menu boards
One QR menu with photos and prices in Arabic and English, calories and allergen fields, and table reservations from the menu. Dawwerni Screens turns any smart TV into an animated menu board with dayparting for breakfast, lunch, evening and Ramadan.
Salon Pro, gaming lounges, real estate and exhibitions
For anyone comparing salon management software UAE owners use, Salon Pro adds a live Today board per barber with commission, tips and a TV queue. The game club module runs PS5 and billiards sessions by the hour. The real estate pack routes seller and buyer leads to WhatsApp. The event booth captures leads and badge scans even offline. Modules depend on business type and plan, so confirm which ones your plan includes on the call.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
Each city has its own rhythm, so each has its own page. In Dubai tourists mix with residents and discovery runs on reviews and delivery. In Abu Dhabi families, office workers and weekend leisure drive the peaks. Sharjah is a family city with value-conscious residents, many of whom commute to Dubai, so the rush comes in the evening.

Reviews and promotions: what to watch
- Google policy: never offer a gift, discount or prize in exchange for a review, never ask only happy customers, never post staff reviews. Ask every customer the same way for an honest, optional review. The reward is for the visit, purchase or play. Details in our Google review incentive policy guide.
- A simple review poster takes a minute with the free Google review QR generator.
- Promotions, prize draws and raffles may need a permit from the relevant economic department in each emirate (for example Dubai DET). Check with the authority or a lawyer before launching a large draw.
- Your customer data stays yours: neighbour partnerships and cross-offers share zero customer data.
Pricing and getting started
In the UAE Dawwerni is sold on the worldwide plan in USD: Standard at 129 USD and Premium at 149 USD per year, with a 7-day free trial and a free plan for one business. Chains and multi-branch groups get a quote, and you can ask for a local quote at any time. There is no official price in dirhams.
Dawwerni is a Tunisian company working remotely; we have no office or team in the UAE. Setup happens on a call in Arabic or English, the team builds your first game with you in about 10 minutes, then you print your QR posters and go live the same day.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a price in AED?
No. In the UAE Dawwerni uses the worldwide USD plan: 129 USD Standard and 149 USD Premium per year. You can ask for a local quote, and chains get a custom offer. The Dawwerni POS itself can sell to your customers in AED.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with the phone camera and play in the browser, and the loyalty card sits in a web wallet. That matters with tourists and visitors who will never install an app for one shop.
Is it available in Arabic and English?
Yes. Games, menu and dashboard work in Arabic and English (and French), and the AI copywriter writes WhatsApp messages and offers in Gulf Arabic or English.
Can it connect to my current POS?
Yes. There are integrations with Foodics and Loyverse, and any other POS can connect via REST API and signed webhooks. You can also use the light cashier mode on a tablet or the full Dawwerni POS in AED.
Can I reward customers who leave a Google review?
No. Google policy forbids linking any gift or discount to a review. In Dawwerni the reward is for playing or visiting, and the review is an optional invitation shown to every customer the same way.
Do I need a permit for a raffle or contest?
Promotions and prize draws may need a permit from the relevant economic department, such as Dubai DET. Check with the authority or a lawyer before launching, especially for large prizes.
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Dawwerni is a Tunisian company working remotely. Setup and support happen by WhatsApp and calls in Arabic and English, and the team builds your first campaign with you in about 10 minutes.
