Partner program terms

1. The program

The Dawwerni partner (affiliate) program lets an accepted person or company (“the partner”) recommend Dawwerni to businesses and earn a commission on their payments. Applying is free; Dawwerni accepts or declines each application at its discretion.

2. Commissions

The partner earns the percentage shown in their dashboard (20% by default) of the amount actually paid by each business they brought, after discounts and promo codes, for the period shown (12 months by default after the first payment).

Offline sales (cash, bank transfer, a sale made by the partner) earn a commission once Dawwerni records the payment. A different rate may apply to these sales; it is shown in the partner dashboard.

Commissions are calculated and recorded in the currency of the payment (TND, EGP, SAR or USD). Amounts are not converted. All calculations are made by Dawwerni.

3. Holding period, refunds and chargebacks

Each commission stays “pending” for 30 days (holding period) before it becomes payable.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled if it was not paid yet. If it was already paid, Dawwerni may deduct it from later payouts.

4. Payouts

The partner can request a payout from their dashboard once the payable balance reaches the minimum of that currency (50 TND, 500 EGP, 50 SAR or 20 USD). Payouts are made with the method in the partner’s profile; the date and reference appear in their history.

The partner is responsible for any taxes and declarations related to their commissions in their country.

5. Attribution

A business is attributed to the partner when it signs up after opening their link (remembered for 60 days on the same device), types their code, or when a website order carries their code. The first partner recorded wins.

Once recorded, the attribution does not change, unless Dawwerni decides otherwise (error, dispute, offline sale).

6. What is not allowed

Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, automated comments, purchased contact lists.

Paid ads on the brand name “Dawwerni”, its variations and misspellings (Google Ads, Bing, Meta…), and domain names or accounts that imitate Dawwerni.

Self-referral: using your own link or code for your own business or one you run for someone else, or creating fake accounts.

Misleading claims (made-up prices, features or results). Partners must say that their link is a partner link.

If these rules are broken, Dawwerni may cancel the related commissions and suspend or close the partner account.

7. Personal data

Partners see the name and status of the businesses they brought, never their contact details. Clicks are counted anonymously (no IP address is stored).

8. Term and changes

The partner can leave the program at any time. Dawwerni may change the program (rates, durations, minimums, rules) or end it; changes apply to new commissions and are announced in the partner dashboard or by email. Commissions already earned remain due, unless these terms were broken.
