Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a Dawwerni customer?
No. The program is open to anyone who works with local businesses. If you already have a Dawwerni account with the same email, your partner dashboard is added to it.
How long is my link remembered?
60 days. If the business signs up within that time on the same device, it is attributed to you. It can also type your code when it signs up.
What if the business pays cash or by bank transfer?
The sale counts. The business types your code at sign-up or checkout, or you tell us before we record its payment. The commission is tagged "offline".
When do I get paid?
Each commission stays pending for 30 days (refund window), then becomes payable. From 50 TND, 500 EGP, 50 SAR or 20 USD payable, you request a payout from your dashboard. The transfer reference appears in your history.
In which currency?
In the currency the customer paid (TND, EGP, SAR or USD). Amounts are never converted or added across currencies.
Can I use my own code for my own business?
No. Self-referral is not allowed and is blocked automatically.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, except on the brand name "Dawwerni" and its variations (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). No spam either.
What happens if a payment is refunded?
The unpaid commission of that payment is cancelled. That is why commissions stay pending for 30 days.
